减速是一种降低受影响的单位一定百分比当前移动速度,和/或一定固定值当前攻击速度的状态效果和的效果。
机制[]
通常来说,不同的减速来源互相叠加,但是多个同一实例则不会,而是会刷新他们的持续时间,有几个特例。
减缓移动速度[]
移动速度总是以一定百分比减缓,多个减速实例的百分比完全叠加,遵循移动速度公式移动速度公式。一个单位的移动速度不能低于100,因为这是最低移动速度,除了一些陷阱技能,这些技能会将受影响的单位的移动速度设置为0。虽然缠绕会禁止移动,但是他们从机制上并不是减速,也不会影响那些与移动速度有关的技能。妖术也不是一个减速效果,但是会设置该单位的基础移动速度为某个值。
受到极速效果影响的单位完全无视移动速度减缓。
降低攻击速度[]
降低攻击速度也是加法叠加的,但是与减缓百分比移动速度不同的是,攻击速度采用的是固定值降低。一个单位的攻击速度不能低于20(大多数单位的基础攻击速度都为100,而肉山是200),没有任何特例。缴械不会降低攻击速度,但是会禁止受影响的单位攻击,而不影响他们的攻击速度值。
对于攻击速度来说,没有像极速这样的效果,但是有些技能会增加大量的攻击速度,使得他们的攻击速度在常规游戏中无法降低。
