Necrophos is a dangerous opponent to go against with. Regardless of how many strength Undying has gained from Decay, Necrophos can finish off Undying with Reaper's Scythe once Undying's HP falls below certain threshold.
Necrophos's Heartstopper Aura can effectively reduce Undying's HP in a fight.

沉默术士

Silencer's Arcane Curse can effectively discourage Undying from casting his spammable spells in a team fight. Or Undying will have to suffer more damage and slow due to the penalty duration of Arcane Curse.
Last Word and Global Silence are able to silence Undying for up to 6 seconds, preventing Undying from gaining strength and healing his ally or himself.

Zombies summoned from Tombstone will amplify the damage of Echo Slam due to them increasing the echo damage.

Similar to Phantom Lancer, except Luna has 月刃 and 月之祝福 to help her destroy 墓碑, this becomes more effective if Luna is equipped with 幻影斧.
Defending with Zombies from 墓碑 against is not a good idea because 月蚀 will strike only Undying.

死亡先知 is able to silence Undying up to 6 seconds. Besides, due to Undying high strength during a team fight, Spirit Siphon is a powerful spell against Undying thanks to the percentage health drain.
Alchemist with Chemical Rage can take down Tombstone within seconds. Also Meepo which has benefit from Divided we stand.
Terrorblade can destroy Tombstone with his Conjure Image and Metamorphorsis.

紫怨 works very well against a spellcaster like Undying.
Undying heavily relies on his spells to stay alive in a team fight. The Hex provided by 邪恶镰刀 makes Undying vulnerable to attacks and spells.
Manta Style is useful for collapsed Tombstone down, also Necronomicon.

Broodmother with large number of Spiderlings can easily ensure Soul Rip to deal maximum damage to her and her allies.
Broodmother has rather low base strength, thus she is vulnerable to Decay in the early/mid game.

Undying can use 腐朽 not only to reduce Sven's maximum health, but also to reduce the damage he can output with his ultimate.
Zombies spawned by Tombstone together with 血肉傀儡 slow Sven down significantly. Landing Sven's powerful but somewhat slow right-click on Tombstone would be a waste.

幽鬼

The damage amplification part of 血肉傀儡 effectively negates {{|A|Dispersion|幽鬼}}.
The healing effect of 血肉傀儡 together with 噬魂 helps Undying and his teammates sustain the damage of {{|A|Dispersion|幽鬼}}.
Zombies spawned by Tombstone together with 血肉傀儡 slow Spectre down significantly, making her hard to escape.
Zombies usually prevent Spectre from triggering her 荒芜.
The large amount of illusions would cause huge amount of Zombies to spawn, effectively lead to chaos in battlefield and maximum effect of 噬魂.

When enemy heroes are affected by Naga Siren's Song of the Siren, Tombstone zombies will still spawn beside the enemy heroes. This effectively increases the number of zombies in a fight.
Ensnare prevents a fleeing hero from escaping, making the hero more prone to zombie attack.

育母蜘蛛

Broodmother with large number of Spiderlings can easily ensure Soul Rip to deal maximum heal/damage.
Broodmother and her Spiderlings are able to slow enemy heroes with Incapacitating Bite and Poison Sting, enabling Undying and his zombies to catch up.

水晶室女

Crystal Maiden's Arcane Aura can solve Undying's mana problem. Undying can have sufficient mana to harass enemy heroes when laning and cast spells during team fight.
Crystal Nova and Freezing Field provide respectable AoE movement speed and attack speed slow. This synchronizes well with Tombstone and Flesh Golem.

术士

Fatal Bonds amplifies the damage of Undying's AoE spells.
Upheaval is a strong AoE slow that can kite enemy heroes from approaching and damaging Undying's Tombstone. Also, Upheaval makes escaping from zombies attack an impossible task.
Warlock Golem can distract enemy heroes from attacking Tombstone. The slow and damage amplification from Undying's Flesh Golem also synchronize well with Warlock Golem.

寒冬飞龙

Winter's Curse can group up and disable the entire enemy team, allowing undying to seal strength from all enemies at once, and allowing more Tombstone Zombies to spawn before they are killed.
Flesh Golem can increase the damage taken by the target of Winter's Curse.
