The Veiled Oracle is a revered figure among the Sisters of the Veil. He or she is responsible for naming those who would die at the hands of the Phantom Assassins.[1] Little else is known about the Oracle.

- Because of their relationship during the Nemesis Assassin Event, it is possible that the Veiled Oracle refers to Oracle himself.
