This item unlocks a new styles with ambient effects for some items from Winter 2016 Treasure I, Winter 2016 Treasure II, Winter 2016 Treasure III and Winter 2016 Treasure IV. It grants Infused quality to upgraded items.
Infusers can be obtained by purchasing and leveling the Winter 2016 Battle Pass, one at level 2, and another at level 15. It can also be obtained by a small chance from Rylai's Winter Blessing.
