Notes:
- Interrupts the user's channeling spells on cast.
- Grants the agility instantly.
- The strength effectively grants 0.48 armor and 3 attack speed and 0.15% movement speed.
- For agility heroes, it effectively grants 0.6 armor, 3.75 attack speed, 0.1875% movement speed and 3 attack damage.
- Has no stack limit.
- A status buff in the HUD shows how much agility has been gained through consumed Books of Agility.
