Is WW's Arctic Burn the only thing in dota that changes projectile speed? Should it be mentioned somewhere in the article? Also, why not include projectile speeds on table of hero attributes? ( https://dota2.gamepedia.com/Table_of_hero_attributes ) It is there when you mouseover attack range, but why not make it into separate column, so that viewers can sort based on projectile speed?
