The Palace of Hurra'agdu was briefly mentioned by the Invoker in Book 3, Chapters 8 when he was reminiscing with Filomena. It is depicted as a palace floating on a piece of land, as if it was built on the ground before it was torn from it to join the sky.

...only to see that he was wrong. Not in its creation, but in understanding.

As a child, she begged for a dollhouse from her dad, who didn't see why she would need one but he couldn't refuse his only daughter. For this wish, he conjured a miniature but accurate replica of this palace, but once he presented her the finished product, she cried and he assumed she was overjoyed by it, until he heard her demanding him to send it away because it wasn't a dollhouse made by her.

Realizing his error, they commissioned the greatest artisan of Nightsilver to create a new dollhouse. She sat with the artisan and watched him work with curiosity, so that she could understand the parts and the whole of the dollhouse as the artisan did, allowing her to fix it whenever it broke.[2]

Invoker: When you were small, you begged me for a dollhouse. I failed to see the need, but I could refuse you nothing. So I conjured a structure based on the Palace of Hurra'agdu. It was accurate to the last detail.
Filomena: I remember. And I remember bursting into tears.
Invoker: Happy tears, I believed. Until you demanded I send the house away.
Filomena: I wanted a dollhouse as I imagined it, not as you imagined it.
Invoker: Yes. So we commissioned the greatest artisan of the Nightsilver Woods to build a new one. You sat with him, watched him work. You wanted to understand it so you could fix the house should it ever break.
Filomena: It's beautiful. I still have it.
