- Reduced Mana Regeneration bonus from 1.25 to 1.
- Oblivion Staff now requires Blitz Knuckles (1000 ) to build, instead of Quarterstaff (875 ) (total cost increases ▲ from 1500 to 1625 ).
- Increased bonus attack speed from 10 to 35.
- No longer grants 15 bonus attack damage.
