Agility bonus- Tree Dance

- Added new
IgnoreLowerIfDebuffImmunedebuff immunity lower priority modifier. - Updated Unholy Strength passive particles.
- Updated Berserker's Rage root (ensnare) ability particles and projectile.
- Increased Phoenix wings loadout slot:
- LOD0 max polygons from 3000 to 5000.
