Patch Notes

Updated various localization files.
Focus Fire
- Fixed using certain items (e.g. Shadow Blade) or a ground-targeted attack while ability is active will not allow Windranger to move and attack at the same time.
- Fixed using the following items while moving out of range from the target causing the ability not to attack the target while moving back into range.
  - Teleport
  - Blink
- Fixed running and turning towards the target's location after completing a move command within the attack range of the target.
Static Link
- Fixed being unable to cancel ability auto-attack with Hold command.
- Fixed the caster from stopping its auto-attacks completely while ability is active in the following conditions:
  - When the affected target has attack immunity (e.g. affected by Hide, Sleep etc.)
  - When the affected target is invisible.
Updated various Overthrow localization files.

Updated Overthrow with items availability in game shops (mostly newer items added to later patches).
Fixed infinite guild contracts with Overthrow trios.
Fixed Target Unit/Area abilities malfunctioning within the game.
