Ability Draft

- Fixed Take Aim's active not working for melee heroes.
- Fixed Liquid Fire sometimes not working when drafted on Lich.
- Fixed Poison Sting not working for Plague Wards when both are drafted.
- Fixed Spirit Bear not counting as being owned when drafted by Lone Druid.
