Hlotl or Hlotl-beasts are a species of animal living within the high peaks of Xhacatocatl. They are described as creatures that have feathers, fangs, and tusks, and stalk their prey.[1] Hlotl are sometimes hunted by the natives, and Strygwyr has a set of armor fashioned from their remains.
