Additional Information[]
- Transmute fully replaces the targeted unit's gold bounty, so that the target's default gold bounty is not granted. This means effectively, it grants
160 - UnitGoldBounty
. Because of this discrepancy, if it is used on big units, you lose almost half the unit's actual gold bounty but gain over double the experience. - For more information, see here.
Ability[]
Transmute
Kills a non-hero target for 160 gold and 2.1x experience.
Cannot be used on Ancient Creeps.
Cannot be used on Ancient Creeps.
Notes:
- Upon cast, kills the target unit instantly and grants the caster 160
and 2.1 times of the target's experience bounty.
- The target's default bounties are not granted. This means that no hero nearby gains the default gold and experience from the death.
- Gold granted is unreliable gold.
- Despite the visual effects, the gold and experience are granted instantly.
- Deals damage equal to the target's current health to kill it. This damage fully ignores any form of reduction or amplification.
- This means that it triggers most on-damage events like creep aggro.
- Cannot be cast on wards, buildings, ancient creeps, and Necronomicon Warriors.
