There are currently six official Elder items in the game. An Elder version of Deflector of the Stormlands was also circulated after it was mistakenly given the quality upon initial release.

The Defense Season 2 War Dog	A special reward for subscribers to The Defense Season 2 tournament. Notes: This courier was distributed in Elder quality to several Valve Employees for testing purposes. This item could be obtained in Unusual quality in The Defense 2 Chest. Elder versions of this item were originally untradable, however the patch of April 25th, 2013 changed all versions of this courier to Elder quality and tradable status.
