Stage 1 - Open Bracket
Open bracket with an unlimited amount of teams in each region: Europe, South East Asia, and China.
Four teams from Europe and SEA, and three teams from China qualify for Stage 2.
Stage 2 - Main Qualifier
Divided into regions; Europe, China, and South East Asia.
