Stacks additvely with other magical damage barrier sources.
Magical Damage Block has very high priority in the group of damage negating abilities, blocking damage before most of them do.
- Has a lower priority than damage return effects (e.g. Dispersion and Blade Mail), meaning damage return effects will first trigger before Dandelion Amulet blocks damage.
- Has a lower priority than Mana Shield, meaning Mana Shield first reduces damage before Dandelion Amulet blocks it.
- When combined with other damage-negating effects (e.g. $Refraction icon$ Refraction), Dandelion Amulet negate the damage while the others do not.

Only triggers on magical damage equal or greater than 75 (before reductions) coming from abilities and attacks, excluding self-inflicted damage and damage dealt by allies.
- Upon triggering, blocks up to 300 magical damage.

Does not stack with Infused Raindrop. If Dandelion Amulet and Infused Raindrop are active on one hero, all of them will trigger when getting damage.
- Means that the Dandelion Amulet will turn into cooldown and Infused Raindrop will lose 1 charge.
- However, if a damage instance is greater than the capacity of all, the damage gets blocked as if the barriers were one barrier with combined capacity.
