Custom Couriers are cosmetic items that can be equipped in the Courier slot of the loadout screen. Upon being equipped, any purchased couriers will be replaced by the Custom Courier. This change is purely cosmetic. When the courier is controlled by a player, it will morph into the custom courier that player has equipped.
Unusual Couriers
- Custom couriers are the only type of item that can be socketed with an Ethereal Gem.
- Only custom couriers already of Unusual quality can have an Ethereal Gem socketed.
- Doing so changes their Unusual particle effects.
- Unusual couriers can be unboxed from some Treasures at roughly 1-2% chance.
