Upgrade: Town Portal Scroll
Ability
Passive
Upgrades your Town Portal Scroll, allowing it to target units, reduces cooldown and does not consume a charge on usage.
Town Portal Scroll Cooldown: 40/30
Channel Time Reduction: 0/1

Notes:

  • By default, Town Portal Scroll can only target buildings.
    • Level 1 Boots of Travel, allows targeting allied non-hero units, Level 2 additionally allows targeting allied heroes.
    • Treats the Lone Druid Spirit Bear icon.png Spirit Bear as a hero. Treats other creep-heroes as creeps.
    • Town Portal Scroll icon.png Town Portal Scroll notes fully apply.
  • Upon initially equipping the item, automatically sells all currently owned Town Portal Scroll icon.png Town Portal Scrolls in the dedicated slot.
    • After that, grants a free Town Portal Scroll to the hero. Also works for hero clones.
    • These effects only occur upon initially equipping the item. Re-equipping it (e.g. moving from backpack) does not repeat these effects.

Recommended Heroes[]

Arc Warden icon.png
  • Along with the Arc Warden Tempest Double minimap icon.png Tempest Double, Boots of Travel gives Arc Warden presence in two lanes, and helps him farm more quickly.

Others[]

Heroes with high split pushing potential should always consider Boots of Travel.

Tips[]

  • Boots of Travels is useful on all heroes during the late game, where it is needed to make desperate pushes or defenses, especially if one or both teams are dead or away from their bases.
  • Consider using Glyph of Fortification to prevent creeps from dying so Boots of Travel can complete channeling of Teleport.
