Soul Rend
Silences a target for seconds. At the end of the silence, an additional 30% of all damage taken during the silence will be dealt to the target as magical damage.
All attacks on the silenced target will have True Strike and 100% chance to crit for 130% damage.

- This ability got tweaked in the 7.33 gameplay patch to no longer apply critical strike on the target.
- Does not directly amplifies damage received on the affected target.
- Instead, damage instances from all damage types the target received are summed up, and dealt as a single spell damage instance 5 seconds after cast.
- Does not amplify damage flagged as HP Removal.
- The damage can be avoided if the target becomes spell immune, invulnerable, or hidden at the end of the duration.
- The amplified and summed-up damage is applied as soon as the debuff expires. Dispelling the debuff skips the damage entirely.
- Successive casts on the same target refreshes the debuff duration, and delay the summed-up damage dealt further.
- The summed-up damage is credited to the last caster of Soul Rend on the affected target.
- Attacks against the affected target have absolute accuracy, which prevents its attacks from being missed (i.e. evasion or blind effects).
- Soul Rend has an ensured critical strike, crits with a lower value have no effect if they proc since the higher crit value takes priority.
- The critical strike applies to all attacks against the debuffed enemy, including buildings, wards, and allies of the affected target.
- If the attacking unit is ranged, already launched attacks do not crit if the target gets debuffed before projectile impact.
- Vice versa, already launched attacks do crit if the debuff expires before the projectiles land.
- The debuff from successive attacks on the same target does not stack but refreshes the duration.
- Uses the same modifier as Mage Slayer. Does not stack with Mage Slayer-based items.
- The attacks first apply the debuff, then their own damage.
- Applies generic outgoing damage reduction on the affected target. Stacks additively with other sources of generic outgoing damage manipulation.
- Affects spell damage the affected enemy deals. Does not amplify damage flagged as HP removal.
